Prices shown on repbud.app are exclusive of UK VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added automatically at checkout for UK customers. Customers outside the UK are charged according to their local tax rules, calculated automatically by Stripe.

Premium Economy suits a solo independent rep getting started. Business Class is the most popular plan for working reps — adds Smart Email Finder, business card scanning, expanded reports, and more. First Class is for established reps wanting the full feature set including up to 2 additional seats. Charter 5 and Charter 10 are for rep companies and in-house teams of 5 or 10 reps.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Pro-rata adjustments handle the billing — you never lose money switching.

Every seat on every plan includes a generous monthly allowance of Quick Logs, email forwards, reports, and AI extractions. The allowances are sized to cover how working reps actually use RepBud — at 50% of your monthly usage a gentle 🐝 nudge appears, at 75% the same plus an option to top up, and at 100% you can continue with a top-up. Yes — top-ups are available from £4. Extra logs, reports, emails, newsletters, social posts, and meeting preps. Credits roll over for up to three months. See the full top-up menu at /pricing/top-ups.

RepBud supports billing in 10 currencies: GBP, USD, EUR, ZAR, AUD, NZD, CAD, INR, AED, and CNY. The currency is set on your account and used for both subscription billing and any top-ups.

You will receive a friendly notification when you reach 50% and 75% of your monthly limits, with options to top up if needed. At 100% you are gently asked to top up before the next action — never a hard cutoff in the middle of a workflow.

Yes — annual subscriptions save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing across every tier.

Both RepBud Ready (the free directory of properties seeking reps) and RepBuddies (the free network for the travel trade) are completely free to use, regardless of whether you have a paid RepBud subscription. The paid tiers are for reps actively selling to the trade.
