Reconnect is the meetings side of RepBud: branded video meetings and webinars that run in the browser. You share a link or a booking page, meet your buyer face to face, and the conversation comes back to you as a written recap attached to the right contact — so the meeting and the follow-up live beside the relationship that produced them.

No. A guest clicks your link and joins in their browser — nothing to install, and no account to create. They do give a name and email at the door, which is how you know who actually turned up and how the recap can name them. That is the whole ask: no sign-up, no password, no app store.

Turn the waiting room on and a link stops being a key: guests sit at the door until you admit them one by one, so a forwarded invite does not put a stranger in the room. You can also lock the room once everyone has arrived, and remove a guest in a way that sticks rather than letting them rejoin.

The session is recorded and transcribed, and a recap is drafted from it: who attended, what they asked for, and the next step. It is sent to your personal RepBud log address, where The Lantern matches it to the right contact and company. The draft is there to assist your follow-up — read it before you act on it.

Yes. A webinar gets a registration page with a capacity limit, polls and Q&A during the session, and a follow-up sequence afterwards. Sign-ups are captured as they come in, so you know who registered and who actually turned up.

Captions appear live during the call, chat is translated in the moment, and spoken translation helps the room follow each other across languages. It is there to help two people understand one another in a conversation, and like any translation it can get things wrong — use your judgement on anything that matters commercially.

Engagement during the call is scored and attached to the note, so the buyers who leaned in surface above the ones who sat quietly. It is a prompt about who to chase first, not a verdict on the person.

Reconnect is included with Business Class and above — part of the RepBud tier you already pay for, not a separate subscription. Business Class carries a monthly allowance of 100 hours of meetings, 25 hours of webinars and 15 hours of note-taking, with up to 50 attendees. First Class and Charter raise that to 500 hours of meetings, 50 of webinars and 30 of notes, with up to 150 attendees. The console shows how much of your allowance you have used.
