Fair Usage Policy

RepBud is designed for professional travel industry sales representatives. Our usage limits are generous and set well above what any normal working rep would need. This policy explains how they work.

What's included each month

Usage resets on the 1st of every month. Charter allocations are per seat, not pooled.

How the warning system works

RepBud lets you know when you're approaching your limits — well before you hit them. There are three stages:

75% — Three-quarters through

A heads-up on your phone: how many are left this month, and that the allowance refreshes on the 1st. No action needed.

⚠️

95% — Almost out

How many are left, with a top-up option where that feature can be topped up, if you need more before the 1st.

🛑

100% — Monthly limit reached

That feature pauses until the 1st of next month, unless you top up. Your data is safe, nothing is lost. Contact hello@repbud.app if you need a tailored plan.

RepBud has created a solution for every situation. If you regularly exceed your plan limits, we can tailor a plan specifically for your volume — whether that's more logs, more report generations, or more email processing.

Top-up packs are also available for one-off busy periods — trade show season, sales trips, or high-activity months — without changing your underlying plan.

What we'll never do

✓Suspend your account over usage without speaking to you first — if you are simply busy, we talk to you, we do not cut you off

✓Delete your data when a limit is reached — your logs, contacts and history are always safe

✓Charge you automatically for overages — you're in control

✓Change your limits without 30 days' notice

This page is about fair usage, so those promises are about usage. Our Terms of Service separately reserve the right to suspend an account without notice for reasons that have nothing to do with how much you use RepBud — a security or abuse problem, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Where those terms and this page differ, the Terms of Service apply.

Automated activity alerts

If an account generates more than 100 logs in a single hour, we receive an automated alert and will review manually. This is purely an abuse-prevention measure — legitimate reps are very unlikely to trigger it under normal use.
