Respond is a form builder for travel representatives. You build a form in minutes — trade-show follow-ups, booking enquiries, product interest checks, feedback — and share one link or QR code. Respondents answer one question at a time on any phone with no account and no app, and the answers land in your RepBud dashboard beside your contacts, charted as they arrive and ready to follow up.

A page with your name, company and colours on it — not a generic form tool’s branding. Questions arrive one at a time in a card flow that works on any phone; on a computer, Enter moves to the next question. If they close the tab halfway, their answers are waiting when they come back. Most forms take a minute or two to finish, and the form tells them how many questions to expect before they start.

Add a name and email to the end of any form link before you send it, and the form opens with those details already in place — the respondent just confirms and moves on. It is a small courtesy that makes a real difference to how many people finish, and it means answers from people you know are matched to the right contact without anyone retyping anything.

Yes. Any question can be shown only when an earlier answer calls for it — ask “what shall we prepare before we call?” only of people who rated the meeting 4 or 5, or ask a tour-operator question only of tour operators. You set it up with two clicks in the builder; there are no formulas to learn. Respondents skip whatever does not apply to them.

Into your RepBud dashboard, live — no refresh needed. Choice and rating questions are charted for you, written answers are collected as readable quotes, and each response is listed with who sent it and when. You can open any single response in full, export everything to CSV or Excel, and delete anything that is clearly spam. Only you can see the responses.

Three ways. First, it looks like you — your name, company and colours, not a form tool’s template. Second, the respondent experience is one question at a time, built for a phone in a conference hall, with links that can arrive pre-filled. Third, and most importantly, the answers land beside your CRM: each respondent is matched to your contacts by email, new people are flagged and become contacts in one click, and what they told you stays with them for the follow-up. A spreadsheet of responses in a separate tool cannot do that.

That is the situation it was designed around. Download the QR code, print it or put it on a screen at your stand, and people you have just met can register their interest while you talk to the next visitor. Afterwards, the responses are already sorted — who is a travel agent, who wants which product, who is new to your book — so the follow-up starts the same week, not whenever the spreadsheet gets typed up.

Yes. Add a file upload question and respondents can attach up to five files each, straight from a phone or a laptop — fam-trip photos, a signed booking form, a scanned passport page. Files go into private storage nobody else can reach, you download them from the response, and deleting a response deletes its files with it. The size of a single file depends on your plan.

Sending a form out through a Reach campaign is on the way but not built yet. The acknowledgement question type records a typed name with a timestamp — useful for confirmations and consent to terms — but it is not a certified e-signature product, so contracts that need one should still go through a signing tool.
