Everything in Premium Economy with higher limits: 500 field logs, 150 email and WhatsApp forwards, 10 meeting preps, 15 intelligent reports, 15 social posts, and 100 card scans per month. Plus Reconnect — host meetings and webinars with your trade partners — and Smart Email Finder (Hunter.io integration). Pre-meeting company scans run on a scan pack you buy rather than a monthly allowance.

Because it sits exactly where most working reps actually work. Premium Economy gives you each feature at starter limits. First Class is for established reps wanting newsletters and the highest volumes. Business Class is the heart of the product — it gives you the volume headroom to work at pace plus the three prospecting tools that turn cold leads into warm conversations. Smart Email Finder and pre-meeting company scans are the two that turn a hall full of badges into a list you can work.

Smart Email Finder uses Hunter.io behind the scenes to find professional emails based on a person's name and company. You give it a contact and a company, it returns the most likely email with a confidence score. Cached for 30 days so repeat lookups are free. Particularly useful when you have a card with no email, or when you have spotted a new contact at a property and want to follow up before the trade show conversation goes cold.

Business Class is built for the working solo rep. First Class adds Newsletters, higher Social Media and Report volumes, increased Meeting Prep limits, and the option to add additional seats — useful if you have brought on an assistant or junior rep. If you are a solo rep without those needs, Business Class is the right home. Upgrade to First Class (£139/month) only when you actually need newsletters or extra seats.

Yes — you can try Business Class free for 14 days. Choose the plan and enter a payment card; nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Your subscription starts on day 15 unless you cancel at repbud.app/billing before then. The trial is once per member. If you would rather not enter a card, every account starts on Economy, which is free, needs no card and has no expiry date, and you can start the trial from there when you are ready.

You will see a friendly nudge at 75% of any monthly limit, and a top-up option at 95%. Top-ups are available from £4.99: extra logs, reports, emails, social posts, meeting preps. Credits roll over for up to three months. The top-up menu lives at /pricing/top-ups.

Yes — move back to Premium Economy at repbud.app/billing; a move down takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. A plan paid through the App Store or Google Play is changed in that store's subscription settings. Some reps actually flex up and down through the year — Business Class during trade event season, Premium Economy during quieter months. The system supports either approach.
