Smart Email Finder uses Hunter.io behind the scenes to find professional emails based on a person's name and company. You give it a contact and a company, it returns the most likely email with a confidence score. Cached for 30 days so repeat lookups are free. Particularly useful when you have a card with no email, or when you have spotted a new contact at a property and want to follow up before the trade show conversation goes cold.

Business Class is built for the working solo rep. First Class adds Newsletters, higher Social Media and Report volumes, increased Meeting Prep limits, and the option to add additional seats — useful if you have brought on an assistant or junior rep. If you are a solo rep without those needs, Business Class is the right home. Upgrade to First Class (—/month) only when you actually need newsletters or extra seats.

Yes — Business Class begins with a 14-day complimentary stay, no card required. The stay carries its own allowances rather than the ones on the plan you pick: 50 field logs, 3 client reports, 5 card scans, 2 meeting preps, email and WhatsApp forwarding, and a weekly briefing — enough to put RepBud through a working fortnight. Reach campaigns, Reconnect meetings and the Revenue workspace open when you move onto a plan. Cancel any time during the stay and no charge is taken, and when the stay ends your account settles into Economy rather than closing, so your contacts and history stay where they are. We say "complimentary stay" rather than "free trial" because it matches the voice of the industry, but it works the same way.

You will see a friendly nudge at 50% of any monthly limit, and a top-up option at 75%. Top-ups are available from —: extra logs, reports, emails, social posts, meeting preps. Credits roll over for up to three months. The top-up menu lives at /pricing/top-ups.

Yes — switch back to Premium Economy any time from your account settings. Pro-rata adjustments handle the billing. Some reps actually flex up and down through the year — Business Class during trade event season, Premium Economy during quieter months. The system supports either approach.
