Economy is free and does not expire. Paid plans for one rep run £29 a month for Premium Economy, £79 for Business Class and £139 for First Class, each about 20% less if you pay for the year. Teams take a Charter plan — £495 a month for 5 seats, £890 for 10 — and every seat carries the First Class feature set. Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class each offer an optional 14-day free trial: a card is needed to start, nothing is charged for 14 days, and the subscription starts on day 15 unless you cancel at repbud.app/billing (or in the App Store or Google Play for a trial started in the app) before then. Billing is in GBP, USD, EUR or ZAR, and UK customers have VAT added at checkout.

Yes — Economy, for people working in the international tourism industry. It carries the CRM spine: up to 1,000 contacts and companies, 5 represented clients, a monthly allowance of typed field logs, 1 shareable Respond form, and Relay file links at 1 GB per transfer with 2 live at a time, plus a Revenue taster of 5 invoices a month. No card, no expiry date, and your relationship history is yours to export whenever you like. What it does not include is the intelligent work — reports, meeting prep, card scanning, briefings — along with Reach campaigns. Those come with a paid plan; Reconnect meetings begin a cabin higher, at Business Class.

Yes — you can try Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class free for 14 days. Choose the plan and enter a payment card; nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Your subscription starts on day 15 unless you cancel at repbud.app/billing before then. The trial is once per member. If you would rather not enter a card, every account starts on Economy, which is free, needs no card and has no expiry date, and you can start the trial from there when you are ready.

Prices shown on repbud.app are exclusive of UK VAT. UK customers pay UK VAT at 20%, added at checkout. Business customers outside the UK pay no UK VAT: the service is outside its scope and the customer accounts for any VAT under the reverse charge. Add your VAT or tax number at checkout and it is shown on your invoice. Where a local tax applies, it is shown at checkout.

Premium Economy suits a solo independent rep getting started. Business Class is the fullest plan for a single working rep — it adds Smart Email Finder, business card scanning and expanded reports. First Class is for established reps wanting the top-tier feature set including up to 2 additional seats. Charter 5 and Charter 10 are for rep companies and in-house teams of 5 or 10 reps.

Yes. Open repbud.app/billing to move between Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class, or between monthly and annual. A move up starts straight away and the difference is charged then; a move down waits for the end of the period already paid for. A plan paid through the App Store or Google Play is changed in that store's subscription settings.

Each seat on each plan includes a generous monthly allowance of Field Logs, email forwards, reports, and intelligent extractions. The allowances are sized to cover how working reps actually use RepBud — at 75% of your monthly allowance you get a heads-up, at 95% an option to top up, and at 100% you can continue with a top-up. Yes — top-ups are available from £4. Extra logs, reports, emails, newsletters, social posts, and meeting preps. Credits roll over for up to three months. See the top-up menu at /pricing/top-ups.

RepBud checkout supports GBP, USD, EUR, and ZAR — you pick your currency on the upgrade page, and it applies to both subscription billing and any top-ups.

Yes. Free delegate access lets an assistant use their existing RepBud login to work in your account. Enable assistant tools for CRM, reports and outreach using your plan and allowances. Their personal account stays separate. An independent colleague who needs their own allowances needs their own paid plan or team seat.

You will receive a friendly notification when you reach 75% and 95% of your monthly limits, with options to top up if needed. At 100% you are gently asked to top up before the next action — rather than a hard cutoff in the middle of a workflow.

Yes — annual subscriptions save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing across each tier.

Both RepBud Ready (the free directory of properties, DMCs and experiences seeking reps) and RepBuddies (the free network for the travel trade) are free to use, regardless of whether you have a paid RepBud subscription. The paid tiers are for the people selling to the trade.

Each starts on Economy, free with no card, and can move to a paid plan or try one free for 14 days with a card. The plans and prices are the same whichever of these you are.
