Yes — Economy. It carries the CRM spine: up to 1,000 contacts and companies, five represented clients, a monthly allowance of typed field logs, and one shareable Respond form. No card, no expiry date, and your relationship history is yours to export whenever you like. What it does not include is the intelligent work — reports, meeting prep, card scanning, briefings — along with Reach campaigns, Reconnect meetings and Relay file links. Those are what the paid cabins are for.

Yes — each paid plan begins with a 14-day complimentary stay, no card required. You get the feature set of the tier you choose from day one. Cancel any time during the stay and you will not be charged, and when the stay ends your account settles into Economy rather than closing, so your contacts and history stay where they are.

Prices shown on repbud.app are exclusive of VAT. Charnette Ltd has applied to register for UK VAT and is awaiting its registration number, so no VAT is charged at checkout yet. Once we are registered, UK VAT at 20% will be added to UK prices at checkout and we will say so here first. Customers outside the UK are charged according to their local tax rules, calculated automatically by Stripe.

Premium Economy suits a solo independent rep getting started. Business Class is the most popular plan for working reps — adds Smart Email Finder, business card scanning, expanded reports, and more. First Class is for established reps wanting the top-tier feature set including up to 2 additional seats. Charter 5 and Charter 10 are for rep companies and in-house teams of 5 or 10 reps.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Pro-rata adjustments handle the billing, so you only pay for what you use.

Each seat on each plan includes a generous monthly allowance of Field Logs, email forwards, reports, and intelligent extractions. The allowances are sized to cover how working reps actually use RepBud — at 50% of your monthly usage a gentle 🐝 nudge appears, at 75% the same plus an option to top up, and at 100% you can continue with a top-up. Yes — top-ups are available from £4. Extra logs, reports, emails, newsletters, social posts, and meeting preps. Credits roll over for up to three months. See the top-up menu at /pricing/top-ups.

RepBud checkout supports GBP, USD, EUR, and ZAR — you pick your currency on the upgrade page, and it applies to both subscription billing and any top-ups.

You will receive a friendly notification when you reach 50% and 75% of your monthly limits, with options to top up if needed. At 100% you are gently asked to top up before the next action — rather than a hard cutoff in the middle of a workflow.

Yes — annual subscriptions save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing across each tier.

Both RepBud Ready (the free directory of properties seeking reps) and RepBuddies (the free network for the travel trade) are free to use, regardless of whether you have a paid RepBud subscription. The paid tiers are for reps actively selling to the trade.
