Send from your own domain · Included with every paid cabin

Segment. Design. Send. See.

From your contact list to a campaign that lands

01
🎯

Choose who it goes to

Build a segment from your contacts — by country, buyer type, specialism or when you last spoke — or pick a static list you have saved.

02
✍️

Write the email

Drag blocks into place, drop in your saved brand header and sign-off, and merge in each buyer’s name or company. Start from a template if you would rather.

03
📮

Send a test, then send

Send yourself a test through the real pipeline first. When it looks right, send for real — from your own domain, with consent checked and unsubscribe built in.

04
📊

See who opened and replied

Opens, clicks and replies come back per recipient. Bounces and complaints are taken off your list for you, and replies land in your CRM.

What you can do

Everything you need to write to your buyers well

🎯

Segment your list

The right buyers, not all of them.

  • Live segments by country, buyer type, tags, specialisms
  • “Not contacted in the last 90 days” and rules like it
  • Static lists you hand-pick and reuse
  • Trade-show state — met, scanned, no-showed
✍️

Design the email

Drag, drop, done.

  • A block editor — heading, text, image, button, sign-off
  • Drag to reorder, or move blocks by keyboard
  • Start from a saved template
  • Merge in a first name, company or destination
🎨

Your brand, saved

Set it once.

  • A header with your logo and colours
  • A sign-off with your name, company and details
  • Applied to every campaign automatically
  • No pasting your footer in each time
📮

Send from your own domain

Look like you, not a mass mailer.

  • We generate your DKIM and Return-Path records
  • Copy them into your DNS, we verify
  • Until then, mail sends with your address as reply-to
  • DMARC guidance so Gmail and Yahoo let you in
🛡️

Consent, built in

The law, handled.

  • Knows UK PECR, Germany UWG and South Africa POPIA
  • Won’t email a contact with no lawful basis
  • One-click unsubscribe on every email
  • Your postal address in the footer, as the law asks
📊

See what happened

Opens, clicks, and honesty.

  • Opens and clicks per recipient
  • Hard bounces suppressed automatically
  • A spam complaint takes them off, for good
  • No re-sending to someone who said no
🔐

Rates stay confidential

One email, two audiences.

  • A rates link that reads the recipient’s buyer type
  • An operator sees net rates; a retail agent does not
  • The same email, entitled per person
  • It will not send net rates to the wrong buyer
💬

Replies come back

Not into a void.

  • Replies land in your inbox, not a dead address
  • Read and sorted by intent — interested, unsubscribe
  • Logged against the contact in your CRM
  • Off until you switch it on

More than a blaster

It knows who you are allowed to email, and what they are allowed to see

A generic email tool trusts you to get consent right and to keep your net rates off the wrong screen. Reach does both for you: it checks a lawful basis under UK, German and South African rules before it sends, and a rate sheet meant for operators will not open for a retail agent on the same campaign. The parts of trade email that carry real risk are handled.

Before this campaign sends
⚖️ 412 of 431 have a lawful basis — 19 held back
🔐 Net rates entitled to 38 operators only
🚫 7 suppressed addresses removed
✅ One-click unsubscribe on every email
⚖️

It knows the law

Reach won’t email a contact you have no lawful basis to write to — across the UK, Germany and South Africa.

🏷️

Your rate cards stay yours

Net rates reach the operators entitled to them and nobody else, from a single email.

🤝

Beside your contacts

The list you email is the CRM you already keep. No export, no second tool, no re-import.

📈

Your reputation, guarded

Bouncers and complainers are suppressed automatically, so your sending stays trusted.

FAQ

Reach questions

What is RepBud Reach?+

Reach is email marketing built for a travel representative writing to trade buyers. You segment your contacts, design a branded email, and send it from your own domain — with consent law for the UK, Germany and South Africa checked before anything goes out, one-click unsubscribe on every email, and open, click and complaint tracking. The list you email is the CRM you already keep in RepBud, so there is no export and no second tool.

Can I send from my own email address?+

Yes. Reach generates the DKIM and Return-Path DNS records for your domain; you paste them into your DNS and we verify them, after which your campaigns send from your own address and land the way your everyday mail does. Until you have verified a domain you are not blocked — campaigns go out from a RepBud sending address with your real email as the reply-to. It works straight away; verifying your own domain just makes it land better.

Is the email editor drag-and-drop?+

Yes. You build the email from blocks — heading, text, image, button, divider, spacer and sign-off — and drag them into the order you want, or move them by keyboard if you prefer. Your saved brand header and footer are applied for you, and you can merge in each recipient’s first name, company or destinations. You can start from a saved template rather than a blank page.

How is this different from Mailchimp?+

Mailchimp is a general email blaster you have to wire into your process. Reach is built for someone selling travel to trade buyers. It knows consent law across the UK, Germany and South Africa and will not email a contact you have no lawful basis to write to. It keeps your rate cards confidential — a net-rate sheet reaches the operators entitled to it and not the retail agents on the same send. And replies come back into your CRM against the right contact, rather than into a reply-to you have to sort by hand.

Will it keep me on the right side of GDPR and POPIA?+

Reach checks a lawful basis for every contact before it sends and drops anyone it cannot justify emailing — it understands UK PECR, Germany’s UWG and South Africa’s POPIA, and applies the strictest rule when a contact’s country is unknown. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and your postal address, as the rules require. It is designed to assist your compliance, not to be legal advice — the responsibility for your list is still yours.

How does the rate-sheet confidentiality work?+

You drop a rates link into the email once. When each recipient opens it, Reach reads their buyer type and shows only the rate sheets they are entitled to — an operator or DMC sees net rates, a retail agent sees the public material. The same email serves both audiences correctly, and Reach will not release net rates to a buyer who should not see them, because sending confidential rates to a retail agent breaches your contract with the property.

What happens to opens, bounces and unsubscribes?+

Opens and clicks are tracked per recipient. A hard bounce or a spam complaint takes that address off your list automatically and permanently, so you never send to it again — which is what protects your sending reputation. Unsubscribes are one-click and immediate. Bear in mind that Apple Mail inflates open rates by pre-loading images, so treat clicks and replies as the truer signal of interest.

Can replies come back to me?+

Yes, and this is in beta. When you switch reply capture on, a reply to your campaign is forwarded to your inbox, read and sorted by intent, and logged against the contact in your CRM — so a “yes, send me more” or an unsubscribe is captured rather than lost. It is off until you turn it on.

Which plan includes Reach?+

Reach is included with every paid cabin — Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class and Charter — as part of the tier rather than a separate subscription. Each carries its own monthly allowance of campaigns and sends, growing with the cabin. The free Economy plan does not include Reach.
