Questions
Which shows can I plan with?
Every travel trade show in the RepBud directory whose dates are published — trade shows, conferences, roadshows and buyer forums worldwide. A show appears as soon as its organiser confirms dates, and drops off after it finishes.
What counts as a clash?
Two shows whose dates overlap, and two shows in different countries with less than two clear days between them. The second is the one that catches people out: the dates do not collide, but the travel does.
Can I put the plan in my own calendar?
Yes. "Add these to my calendar" downloads the shows you picked as a calendar file that Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar all read. You can also subscribe to the whole directory at webcal://repbud.app/events/events.ics, which updates itself as new dates land.
Do I need an account?
No. The planner, the calendar file and the shareable link are free and need no signup. RepBud is the CRM the same reps use to log what happens at these shows, and that is a separate, paid product.
Can I send my plan to someone else?
Yes — "Copy a link to this plan" gives you a URL with your shows in it. Anyone who opens it sees the same season, and can change it without affecting yours.
