The halls are arranged by region (Europe, America, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Spain), with an area for tourism companies from around the world and a Travel Technology space.
Getting in
Professionals register for a pass on the organiser’s Passes and tickets page. Registration is personal: each person registers with their own IFEMA MADRID account, and one email cannot hold more than one accreditation.
Exhibitors can send invitation codes, which are entered during registration to apply a discount.

The organiser reports 255,000 visitors in January 2026 (155,000 trade participants and 100,000 members of the public) and more than 10,000 companies from 161 countries.
Getting there
Metro Line 8 stops at Feria de Madrid, opposite the South entrance, and runs to the airport stations for T1-T2-T3 and T4. The organiser puts Madrid-Barajas airport ten minutes from the venue. Buses 73, 112 and 122 and intercity bus 828 also serve IFEMA MADRID, and taxis pay a €3.00 supplement to enter or leave the site.
Visitors who need a visa support letter request it from IFEMA MADRID customer service; exhibitors request theirs through Expo Zone.
