What is RepBud Rendezvous?
RepBud Rendezvous is a virtual travel trade show. Buyers and exhibitors meet by live video in branded cabins around the Boma, a courtyard with a thatched bar. Meetings are requested and confirmed round by round and last 12 minutes, so the day is a run of short, focused conversations rather than a webinar.
When is the first show?
Tuesday 15 December 2026, from 09:30 to 14:00 GMT. There are 18 meeting rounds: each is a 12-minute meeting followed by a 3-minute break.
Who can attend?
Buyers attend free with any RepBud account. Exhibitors are RepBud First Class members: exhibiting at this first show is free for them, there are 18 cabins, and we review each application.
How do I get in?
Create a free RepBud account, or log in to the one you have. There is no separate show registration or password: once you are signed in, Rendezvous lives in your RepBud dashboard, with your meetings and the venue in one place.
How are meetings arranged?
Buyers fill in a show profile — destinations, client types, source markets and languages, each chosen from a list — and request meetings round by round. "Fill my diary" suggests matches to help. Exhibitors choose which rounds they are open and accept or decline each request.
Can colleagues join a meeting from different places?
Yes. Colleagues can join a booking from different locations, so a team does not need to sit in one room to take a meeting together.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Rendezvous runs in your web browser. You will want a camera and a microphone for the meetings.
Is Rendezvous the same as Reconnect?
No. Reconnect is RepBud's video meetings and webinars tool for your day-to-day buyer meetings. Rendezvous is a trade show with a date, a venue and a schedule of meetings between buyers and exhibitors.
