What you get as an exhibitor

Your own cabin

A bamboo cabin in the Boma, carrying your branding, where buyers come to meet you.

You set the rounds

Choose which of the 18 rounds you are open, and accept or decline each meeting request.

Buyers who fit

Buyers fill in a show profile from fixed lists, so you can see their destinations, client types, source markets and languages.

Your team, wherever they are

Colleagues can join a booking from different locations.

How it works for exhibitors

Tuesday 15 December 2026, 09:30 to 14:00 GMT.

    Apply with your First Class account

    Log in to RepBud, or create your account, and open Rendezvous in your dashboard to apply. We review each application.

  2. 02

    Set up your cabin

    Once you are approved, put your branding on your cabin and work through the setup checklist in your back office.

  3. 03

    Choose your open rounds

    Pick which of the 18 rounds you are taking meetings in.

  4. 04

    Accept your meetings

    Buyers request meetings round by round. Accept or decline each request from your dashboard.

    Meet across the table

    On Tuesday 15 December 2026, buyers come to your cabin for 12-minute video meetings, with a 3-minute break after each.

Who can exhibit?+

RepBud First Class members. There are 18 cabins at this first show, and we review each application.

Does it cost anything to exhibit?+

Exhibiting at this first show is free for First Class members. If you are not on First Class yet, see the First Class plan page for what it includes.

How do I apply?+

Log in to your RepBud account, or create one, and open Rendezvous in your dashboard. Apply as an exhibitor there. We review each application and let you know.

When is it, and how do the meetings run?+

Tuesday 15 December 2026, 09:30 to 14:00 GMT. There are 18 rounds: a 12-minute meeting, then a 3-minute break. You choose which rounds you are open.

How do buyers find me?+

Buyers walk the Boma and see each cabin, and they fill in a show profile — destinations, client types, source markets and languages — that "Fill my diary" uses to suggest matches. They request meetings, and you accept or decline each one.

Can colleagues take meetings with me?+

Yes. Colleagues can join a booking from different locations, so your team does not have to be in one office.

What do I set up before the day?+

Your cabin branding, the rounds you are open, and your answers to meeting requests. Your back office has a setup checklist so you can see what is left to do.

What do I need on the day?+

A web browser, a camera and a microphone. There is nothing to install.
