Economy is not a general-purpose CRM and is not open to businesses outside the trade. If your work sits outside travel, the tools are available on a paid plan, but the Reserve — the part where members find and approach each other — stays for the industry.

Yes. Being listed in Find People, sending connection requests and replying to them are free on Economy for each member type (23 September 2026) — a directory works better when the people in it are actually in it. A listing needs your name, a real company name, and an account seen in the last 90 days. Who’s Nearby — seeing which members are at the same show or in the same city — is free on Economy too, and so is RepBud Ready: a rep is matched with properties looking for representation in the markets and countries they cover. What a paid plan adds is the working side: voice and photo logging, card scanning, email and WhatsApp forwarding, meeting prep, client reports, and Reach campaigns.

Yes. No card, no expiry date, no trial clock counting down. Economy carries up to 1,000 contacts and companies, 5 represented clients, 25 typed field logs a month and 1 shareable Respond form taking 25 responses a month. If you stay on Economy, nothing is taken away.

The intelligent work, mostly. So: no intelligent reports, no meeting prep, no business-card scanning, no daily briefing, no social posts, and no voice or photo logging — Economy logs are typed. RepBud Reach (email campaigns) and Reconnect (video meetings) begin at a paid plan. Revenue, the accounting workspace, is here as a taster — 5 invoices a month with your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet — and its payment reminders, other currencies and the tax figures begin at a paid plan too. Relay file links are included, at 1 GB per transfer with 2 live at a time, which is a real allowance rather than a demo. What you get above all is the part that matters most on day one: somewhere trustworthy to keep the relationships.

Because sending email on a shared domain is a shared risk. If a free account sent a campaign that drew spam complaints, the deliverability of the paying customers sending from the same infrastructure would suffer for it. That is not a limit we would rather charge for — it is one we are not willing to take with other people's mail.

It stays. Your contacts, companies, clients and relationship history remain in your account and searchable, and your contacts and logged history download as spreadsheets whenever you like. We would rather you came back before the next show than felt held to ransom between seasons.

Your account settles back into Economy rather than closing. The 14-day free trial needs a card, charges nothing for 14 days and starts your subscription on day 15 unless you cancel at repbud.app/billing before then. Cancel, and everything you logged during the trial is still there — you return to the Economy allowances, and the intelligent features wait until you choose a plan. The same is true if you subscribe and later cancel: you land in Economy, not locked out.

Nothing already in your account is touched — no deletion, no lockout, no hidden records. You simply cannot add a new contact until you move up a plan, and £29/month lifts the limit along with everything else. A rep who fills 1,000 contacts is usually a rep for whom the intelligent tools have started to pay for themselves.

Yes — the Economy feature set is available to members across the Reserve, not only to reps. If you joined as a RepBuddy, a Reporter or through RepBud Ready, you have the same free CRM spine: contacts, companies, represented clients, typed logs and a shareable form. Those memberships were already free and stay free.

Economy is built around represented clients, trade contacts and the events where you meet them, so a form answer lands on the person who sent it and a meeting sits on a relationship timeline. A spreadsheet holds the same names and knows nothing about them.

No. Economy needs no card at all. You enter payment details only if you choose a paid plan, either to subscribe or to start its 14-day free trial, which takes a card up front and charges nothing for the first 14 days.
