®Economy.
A place to keep the relationships.
Free, and it stays free. Up to 1,000 contacts, 5 represented clients, 25 typed logs a month and one shareable form — kept, searchable, and yours to export for as long as you want it.
REPBUD RAY
Here’s what Economy is, and what it isn’t.
It is the spine of RepBud with nothing switched on above it: somewhere trustworthy to keep your contacts, the clients you represent and what was said. There is no clock on it. It carries a small Relay allowance too, so you can send a brochure set as a link. What it does not carry is the intelligent work — reports, meeting prep, card scanning, briefings — or Reach campaigns and Reconnect meetings. I have listed those below rather than hidden them, so you can see the line before you cross it.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants the relationships kept properly first.
Economy suits a rep starting out, who has a book of contacts in a spreadsheet and a season ahead — and a rep between contracts, who needs the history to stay put until the next one begins. It also suits somebody who simply wants to see whether the shape of RepBud matches the shape of their week before spending anything.
It is available to every member of the Reserve, not only to reps. If you joined as a RepBuddy, a Reporter, or through RepBud Ready, the Economy feature set is yours on the same terms: contacts, companies, represented clients, typed logs and a shareable form. Those memberships were already free, and they stay free.
What Economy is not is a trial. There is no countdown, no card, and no month where the tools quietly stop working. If the intelligent layer earns its keep for you later, a paid cabin is there. If it never does, this one still holds your relationships.
What's included — and what isn't
The Economy toolkit, plainly
What you get, for nothing
REPBUD RAY
This is the spine. Your contacts, the companies they work for, the clients you represent, and a form you can put in front of anyone. It does not expire.
Contacts & Companies — up to 1,000
Keep the trade contacts you actually work with, organised by company, market and relationship, with notes and history in one place. 1,000 is the same number HubSpot gives away on its free plan — the difference is that this one is shaped around the travel trade.

Represented clients — up to 5
The properties, lodges, DMCs or boards you represent, each with its own contacts, activity and history. A portfolio of five is a real portfolio, not a demo.
Field Log — 25 typed logs a month
Log a meeting, a call or a conversation, and it lands on the relationship rather than in a notebook. Economy logs are typed; voice and photo logging start at Premium Economy.

Respond — 1 live form · 25 responses a month
Build a form in minutes and share one link or a QR code. Answers land beside your contacts, matched by email, with file attachments up to 5 MB.

Trade events directory
Ninety-odd trade shows and events with dates, locations and who else from the Reserve is going.
Who's Nearby
See fellow members at trade events, dinners and shows. Your exact location stays private.

Relay — 1 GB per transfer, 2 links at a time
Send a brochure set or a handful of images as one link that expires after three days. Password protection and the download-lands-on-the-contact trick are included; the bigger transfers and more live links start at Premium Economy.

What waits in a paid cabin
REPBUD RAY
And this is the honest half. The intelligent work and the three separate products start at Premium Economy — I would rather show you the line than let you find it.
Your history, yours to export
Contacts and relationship history export to CSV whenever you like. Nothing here is held hostage between seasons.
Meeting Prep — from Premium Economy
Walk in briefed: history, last conversation, what to mention. Not included in Economy.

Intelligent Reports — from Premium Economy
Branded client reports and trade event summaries as clean PDFs. Not included in Economy.

Business card scanning & voice logging — from Premium Economy
Scan a card into a filed relationship, or log a meeting by speaking. Not included in Economy.
Learn more →
Reach campaigns — from First Class
Email your trade list with consent handling and suppression built in. Not included in Economy — free sending on shared infrastructure would put paying customers' deliverability at risk.
Reconnect meetings — from Business Class
Video meetings and webinars whose recap files itself onto the contact record. Not included in Economy.

Economy FAQ
What reps want to know
Is Economy really free?+
Yes. No card, no expiry date, no trial clock counting down. Economy carries up to 1,000 contacts and companies, 5 represented clients, 25 typed field logs a month and one shareable Respond form taking 25 responses a month. If you never upgrade, nothing is taken away.
What is not included in Economy?+
The intelligent work, mostly. So: no intelligent reports, no meeting prep, no business-card scanning, no daily briefing, no social posts, and no voice or photo logging — Economy logs are typed. RepBud Reach (email campaigns) and Reconnect (video meetings) begin at a paid cabin. Relay file links are included, at 1 GB per transfer with 2 live at a time, which is a real allowance rather than a demo. What you get above all is the part that matters most on day one: somewhere trustworthy to keep the relationships.
Why is Reach not included, even in a small way?+
Because sending email on a shared domain is a shared risk. If a free account sent a campaign that drew spam complaints, the deliverability of every paying customer sending from the same infrastructure would suffer for it. That is not a limit we would rather charge for — it is one we are not willing to take with other people's mail.
What happens to my data if I never pay?+
It stays. Your contacts, companies, clients and relationship history remain in your account, searchable, and exportable to CSV whenever you like. We would rather you came back before the next show than felt held to ransom between seasons.
What happens when my 14-day stay in a paid cabin ends?+
Your account settles into Economy rather than closing. Everything you logged during the stay is still there — you simply return to the Economy allowances, and the intelligent features wait until you choose a cabin. The same is true if you subscribe and later cancel: you land in Economy, not locked out.
What if I go past 1,000 contacts?+
Nothing already in your account is touched — no deletion, no lockout, no hidden records. You simply cannot add a new contact until you move up a cabin, and —/month lifts the limit along with everything else. A rep who fills 1,000 contacts is usually a rep for whom the intelligent tools have started to pay for themselves.
Can RepBuddies, Reporters and RepBud Ready members use Economy?+
Yes — the Economy feature set is available to every member of the Reserve, not only to reps. If you joined as a RepBuddy, a Reporter or through RepBud Ready, you have the same free CRM spine: contacts, companies, represented clients, typed logs and a shareable form. Those memberships were already free and stay free.
How is Economy different from HubSpot free or a spreadsheet?+
On contacts it meets HubSpot free on its own number — 1,000. The difference is shape rather than size: Economy is built around represented clients, trade contacts and the events where you meet them, so a form answer lands on the person who sent it and a meeting sits on a relationship timeline. A spreadsheet holds the same names and knows nothing about them.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Economy needs no card at all, and neither does a 14-day stay in a paid cabin — you only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
Which cabin should I move up to first?+
Premium Economy, at —/month. It is the same platform with the intelligent layer switched on: voice and photo logging, daily briefing, meeting prep, card scanning, reports, plus Relay file links and Respond at higher allowances. Business Class adds the prospecting tools when you start hunting rather than tending.
