How do I contact RepBud support?
Email hello@repbud.app. We aim to respond within one business day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel directly from your account settings inside the app or web dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Email hello@repbud.app with your account email. We handle refunds, pro-rata adjustments, and plan changes on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a help centre?
A full help centre is in development. Until then, email us directly — usually faster than searching documentation.
How do I change my plan?
Go to Settings in your dashboard or app. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email hello@repbud.app with a description of what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. We take every report seriously.
