RepBud Recruiters · travel recruitment agencies & in-house talent teams
Hire from the travel trade, where it already works
Reps, tour operators, DMCs, travel agents and the people who serve them are on RepBud. Post a role, see who applied, and reach members who have chosen to be open to work.
Posting a role is free. RepBud confirms each recruiter account, usually within a working day.
Open roles are also listed on the public travel jobs page.
Roles that say what they are
Each Hiring pin carries the workplace, the basis and hours, and the pay if you choose to show it, so candidates know what they are applying for.
No roles left hanging
Pins come down after 60 days unless you renew them. Mark a role Filled or Closed and each applicant is told on their application.
Status candidates can see
Sent, Viewed, Shortlisted or Not this time — set with one tap, so the people who applied are not left guessing.
People who opted in
Members choose who sees their Open to work pin. Send an opportunity to the ones who chose to be seen by recruiters.
Fields the travel trade uses
Markets and destinations, languages, travel required and the role family — sales, reservations, product, marketing, operations, guiding or management.
Your banner, your logo
Add them once and they sit on each Hiring pin you post. No banner? The pin shows your company name and nothing in its place.

Frequently Asked Questions
What recruiters ask first
Who can sign up as a recruiter?+
Travel recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams at travel businesses. Choose "I recruit for the travel industry" when you sign up. RepBud confirms each recruiter account, usually within a working day, and until then the account works as any new member's does.
What does a recruiter account let me do?+
Once confirmed, you can post Hiring pins on RepBud Jobs, see the applications that come in, and send an opportunity to members who have said they are open to work and chosen to be seen by recruiters. You can also connect and message like any other member of the network.
Do I have to show the salary?+
No. The pay is optional. If you add it, give the range (from and to), its currency and whether it is per year, month, week, day or hour, plus OTE or commission if the role has them. A commission-only role gives its commission rate.
How long does a role stay on the board?+
Sixty days from posting. You can renew it for another sixty, pause it, or mark it Filled or Closed. When a role is filled or closed, each person who applied is told on their application, so nobody is left wondering.
Can candidates see where their application stands?+
Yes. An applicant sees Sent, Viewed, Shortlisted or Not this time. Opening an application marks it Viewed, and shortlisting or declining is one tap. "Not this time" comes with a kind message you can change.
Who sees a member's Open to work pin?+
The member chooses: everyone on RepBud, their connections only, or recruiters only. A recruiter only sees the pins that member chose to show, and a "connections only" pin stays with their connections whatever role is looking.
What can I say about a role beyond the title?+
Location, on-site, hybrid or remote, the basis and hours, the role family (sales, reservations, product, marketing, operations, guiding or management), the markets and destinations it covers, the languages it needs and how much of the time is spent travelling.
Can my pins carry our company banner and logo?+
Yes. Add a banner and a logo once and they appear on each Hiring pin you post, so candidates can see who is hiring. If you have not added a banner, the pin simply shows your company name — there is no stand-in picture.
Is a direct message the same as an application?+
No. An application is a private note to you, with the applicant's RepBud profile and an optional CV, visible to you and the applicant only. If you are already connected you can message them straight away; if not, you can send a connection request that names the role.
Is posting a job free?+
Posting a Hiring pin is free. A recruiter account starts on Economy, the free cabin, with no card and no expiry date; paid cabins add the parts of RepBud that cost money to run, and the pricing page says which.
How do you keep spam off the board?+
Each recruiter account is confirmed by RepBud, a new account has to confirm its email before posting, posting is limited to ten pins a day, the same role cannot be pinned twice, and links in a description are limited. Members can report a pin, an application or a banner, and reported items are reviewed.
How do I hire travel consultants?+
Post the role as a Hiring pin on RepBud Jobs: the title, company, location, on-site, hybrid or remote, the basis and hours, what the job involves, and the pay if you choose to show it. Members of the travel trade see it on the board, and unless you switch it off it is also on the public jobs page at repbud.app/jobs, where search engines can find it. Applications arrive with each applicant's RepBud profile, and you can send an opportunity to members who are open to work.
Where do travel companies advertise jobs?+
Usually on their own careers page, on general job boards, through recruitment agencies and through trade networks. RepBud Jobs is a trade network option: roles are posted by and seen by people already working in travel — reps, tour operators, DMCs, travel agents and the people who serve them — and open roles can also appear on the public jobs page.
How are recruiters approved?+
Choose "I recruit for the travel industry" when you sign up and name your company. RepBud reviews each recruiter account before it can post a Hiring pin or reach Open-to-work members, usually within a working day. Until then the account works as any new member's does, and the app tells you when it is confirmed.
Are my roles shown on a public page?+
Yes, by default. An open Hiring pin appears on the public jobs page at repbud.app/jobs, so people who are not yet on RepBud can find it; applying still needs a RepBud account. Untick "Show on the public jobs page" in the composer or in My posts to keep a role to members. Applications stay private to you and the applicant.
