A rep gives you a presence in source markets like the UK, US, Europe, or Australia without you having to fly out, attend trade shows in person, or build your own in-market sales team. They are the face of your property to the trade.

No. Listing on RepBud Ready is free for properties seeking representation. There is no listing fee and no obligation. Once you appoint a rep, you and the rep agree commercial terms (retainer, commission, fam trip terms) directly — RepBud takes nothing from that arrangement.
What information do I include on my RepBud Ready listing?+
Your listing includes the property name, country, type (lodge, hotel, camp and so on), a short description, your website, the number of rooms, the source markets you want representation in, and what you are looking for in a rep. You can add a budget for each market; it is used for matching and is not shown on your listing. Once you have both said yes you are connected, and you can message each other in the RepBud app.
Who sees my RepBud Ready listing?+
Reps in RepBud’s network whose source markets match yours and whose destinations, where they list any, include your country and whose minimum fee your budget meets. Reps on all plans are matched, including the free Economy plan. Your budget is used for matching and is not shown on your listing.
How do I evaluate a rep that approaches me?+
Check the markets they work rather than the ones they list, ask for their current client list and look for direct competitors, ask what a monthly report from them contains, and call two current clients and one former one. Our guide to finding a rep at repbud.app/find-a-rep sets out what to ask.
What if I already have representation in some markets but not others?+
You can list specifically for the markets where you need representation. Many properties have a UK rep but no US rep, or a European rep but no Asian rep. Specify in your listing which markets are open for representation, and reps will only approach you about those markets.
How long does it typically take to find a rep through RepBud Ready?+
It depends on your destination, the markets you want and your budget, and on which reps in RepBud’s network cover them. RepBud cannot guarantee representation. It puts your listing in front of reps whose markets fit yours, and connects you when both sides say yes.
