Do I need to create an account to use the RepBud app?
Yes. RepBud is a personalised CRM, so you need an account to use it. Sign up either inside the app or at repbud.app/signup. The same account works on iPhone, Android, and the web dashboard — your data syncs across all devices in real time.
Is RepBud the same on iOS and Android?
Yes. Feature parity is maintained across iOS and Android. Both apps include voice logging, photo logging, business card scanning, intelligent client reports, meeting prep, the trade events directory, the trip planner, social post generation, and team features. A small number of platform-specific extras exist — for example, Apple Wallet boarding passes are an iOS feature with a Google Wallet equivalent on Android.
Can I use RepBud without the mobile app?
Yes. RepBud has a web dashboard at repbud.app that works in any modern browser. Most reps use the mobile app in the field for quick logging and the web dashboard at their desk for longer work like reading reports, managing the team, and editing client and rep profile pages. The two are fully synced.

Why are some features only on certain plans?
RepBud plans share the same app — the difference is monthly usage capacity and a small number of advanced features. Premium Economy (£29/mo) is for individual reps with steady volume. Premium Economy already includes voice, photo, email and WhatsApp logging. Business Class (£79/mo) adds higher caps, the email finder and a pre-meeting scan of a company's website. First Class (£139/mo) adds the highest caps, trade newsletters and Looking Forward, your pipeline ahead. Charter (from £495/mo) is for teams of 5 or 10 and adds Team Pulse, Ask the Captain and Smart Nudges.
Does RepBud work offline?
Not yet — capture needs a connection. Card scans and Field Log notes are saved to RepBud as you make them, so on a weak show floor or at a remote property, photograph the card and log it once you are back on Wi-Fi.
