Who First Class is for

You run a real operation. You communicate regularly with your clients. You may not be alone any more.

First Class is for the established rep — the rep who has built a substantial portfolio, who sends client newsletters as part of their working rhythm, who posts on social media with cadence, who reports to multiple ownership groups each month, and who may have brought on an assistant or a junior rep to share the load.

It is also the home for boutique rep companies operating with up to three seats — small partnerships where two or three reps share contacts, opportunities, and admin. Each seat gets the First Class kit; you share the account-level allowances; you operate as a coherent unit.

First Class is the upper bound of the solo and small-team configuration. When your team grows beyond three seats, the right next step is Charter — designed specifically for rep companies and in-house sales teams, with shared Next Steps visibility and a Charter First Officer admin seat for the person running the operation.

The Knowledge Base powers the gap analysis in Market Intelligence, helping you find operators who sell a country but don't yet sell your property. Available now on First Class.

When should I move from Business Class to First Class?+

Move to First Class when you regularly approach Business Class limits — particularly reports (15/mo on BC vs 50/mo on FC), social posts (15 vs 60), or meeting preps (10 vs 30). Newsletters, the Client Knowledge Base and the Looking Forward pipeline are all First Class and above.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — each paid plan begins with a 14-day complimentary stay. No credit card required to start, with First Class feature access (including any additional seats during the trial), cancel any time during the stay. We use the phrase "complimentary stay" rather than "free trial" because it matches the hospitality voice of the travel industry, but it works exactly the same way: 14 days free, no obligations.

Can I add seats mid-month?+

Yes — add or remove additional seats from your account settings any time. Pro-rata adjustments handle the billing. Useful when bringing on an assistant for a busy season, or hiring a junior rep mid-year.
