First Class is also the right home for boutique rep companies operating with up to three seats total. If you have outgrown Business Class because you need monthly newsletters, more reports, or extra seats, First Class is built for you.

Everything in Business Class, plus: Newsletters (12 per month — branded client newsletters with intelligent assistance), Social Media posts (60 per month), Reports (50 per month), Meeting Preps (30 per month), Market Intelligence (which operators sell your region, and which of them you have no relationship with yet), and the ability to add up to 2 additional seats at £119 per seat per month. Revenue (your accounting workspace — invoicing, receipt scanning, bookkeeping and year-end accounts) is included on the paid plans, First Class among them; Economy has a taster. First Class also includes Looking Forward — your forward pipeline, showing who is in the funnel, who is going cold, and what the next quarter holds. Reconnect (meetings and webinars with your trade partners) carries over from Business Class at First Class limits.

First Class includes 1 primary seat. You can add up to 2 additional seats at £119 per seat per month. So First Class supports a maximum of 3 seats total. If you need more than 3 seats, the right home is Charter 5 (£495/month for up to 5 seats) or Charter 10 (£890/month for up to 10 seats), which are designed for rep companies and larger in-house teams.

12 branded client newsletters per month, with intelligent assistance. Define your sections, your brand voice, and your audience segments. RepBud drafts content based on your recent activity, property updates, market intelligence, and trending stories — you review, edit, and send. Particularly useful for reps who maintain regular client communication but find drafting from scratch every month a bottleneck.

RepBud reads operator and trade-partner websites to work out their destination portfolio: the countries, regions and properties they sell. Market Intelligence turns that into the gap analysis, showing the operators who sell your region but do not yet sell your client, and the ones already selling a competitor. Available on First Class.

Move to First Class when you regularly approach Business Class limits — particularly reports (15/mo on BC vs 50/mo on FC), social posts (15 vs 60), or meeting preps (10 vs 30). Newsletters, Market Intelligence and the Looking Forward pipeline are all First Class and above.

When your team grows beyond 3 seats. Charter 5 (£495/month for up to 5 seats) is the next step — built for rep companies, with a Charter First Officer admin seat for shared visibility across the team. Charter 10 (£890/month for up to 10 seats) supports larger rep companies and in-house sales teams. The Charter tiers also unlock multi-rep reporting and team-wide Next Steps visibility.

Yes — you can try First Class free for 14 days. Choose the plan and enter a payment card; nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Your subscription starts on day 15 unless you cancel at repbud.app/billing before then. The trial is once per member. If you would rather not enter a card, every account starts on Economy, which is free, needs no card and has no expiry date, and you can start the trial from there when you are ready.

Yes — email hello@repbud.app to add or remove an additional seat, and we will set it up without double billing. Useful when bringing on an assistant for a busy season, or hiring a junior rep mid-year.
