How to set up your signature
Gmail: Click Copy Signature above → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → paste into the editor.
Outlook (web): Click Copy Signature → Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature editor.
Outlook (desktop): Click Copy Signature → File → Options → Mail → Signatures → paste.
Apple Mail (Mac): Click Copy Signature → Mail → Settings → Signatures → click + to add a new signature → paste in the preview pane.
iPhone / iPad: Open this page on your device (use the “Email link to myself” button below), tap Copy Signature, then go to Settings → Mail → Signature → paste.

How do I add my email signature in Gmail?
Create your signature here, click "Copy Signature", then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → General → scroll down to Signature → paste into the editor → Save Changes.
How do I set up the email signature on my iPhone?
Open this page on your iPhone (use "Email link to myself" to send the link), build your signature, tap "Copy Signature", then go to Settings → Mail → Signature → paste. Your data auto-saves so it may already be there from desktop.
How do I add my signature in Outlook?

Can I resize my photo and logo?
Yes — pixel-level control with range sliders. Most email signature generators only offer small/medium/large. This tool lets you drag to any size between 30–120px (photo) and 16–100px (logo).
Can I add association or membership logos?
Yes. Add up to four association logos in the advanced options. Each can link to the association website.
Can I add App Store and Google Play badges?
Yes. Paste your Apple App Store and Google Play links in the advanced options and official download badges will appear in your signature. Drag them into any position using Element Order.
