What reps ask before they list
What does being listed actually do?+
A buyer types the name of a property, a city or a destination, and your listing comes back with the businesses you represent and a way to reach you. They can search a name they half-remember or spell wrong and still land on you — the search offers the closest match rather than an empty result.
Is it really free?+
Being listed, connecting with the trade and seeing who else is at a show cost nothing. Economy is the free cabin and it has no card and no expiry date. Paid cabins add the things that cost us money to run.
Who can see my listing?+
Members of the Reserve — travel agents, tour operators, other reps and DMCs, travel media, and properties looking for representation. You choose which of your businesses appear; a client you have not listed is not shown to anybody.
What if two of us represent the same property?+
You both appear on it. The search groups a business into one card and shows each rep beneath it, with where they are based, so a buyer can pick the one in their market.
Can people find me by destination rather than by property name?+
Yes. A search for a country, a region or a city returns the reps who represent property there, and the search understands that a destination sits inside a wider one — a member who works East Africa is found by somebody searching Kenya.
How do I turn up for the shows I am working?+
Mark yourself as going or exhibiting on any event page and members searching that show will find you, with your stand number if you add one. It is the part an exhibitor list cannot answer: who is in the hall and what they represent.
What do I have to fill in to be found?+
Your name, your company and a confirmed account put you in the Reserve. After that, each thing you add is a search you turn up in — the destinations you represent, the businesses you represent, your city, your job and a few lines about you. Your dashboard shows which are still missing and what each one is worth.
Is my contact book visible to anyone else?+
No. Your contacts, your logged activity and your own research stay yours. What other members see is the listing you chose to show them.
