A WORD FROM REPBUD RAY

Big files clog inboxes and often get blocked. Relay turns a brochure, an image pack or a property film into one tidy link — the person you send it to just clicks and downloads, no account needed, and the link tidies itself away after three days.

Drop. Link. Download. Gone.

From your desktop to their download in a minute

01
📦

Drop your files in

Drag brochures, image libraries or video into Relay from your dashboard — up to 5 GB per file. Add a title and a short message for the person receiving them if you like.

02
🔗

Get one link

Relay uploads the files and hands you a single link. Copy it into an email, a WhatsApp message or a follow-up — anywhere you already talk to your buyers.

03
⬇️

They just download

The recipient opens the link in their browser and downloads the files. No account to create, nothing to install, no size limit on their inbox to worry about.

04
🍂

It tidies itself away

After 3 days the link stops working and the files delete themselves. Nothing lingers on a server, and you can revoke a link sooner if you sent it to the wrong person.

Why it lives in your CRM

The follow-up and the files, in the same place

The moment a buyer asks for the image pack is usually the moment you are logging the meeting. With Relay in your dashboard, sending the files is part of the same motion — no separate transfer site, no second subscription, no adverts wrapped around your brochure when your buyer opens the link.

📮

Built for trade follow-ups

The image pack a tour operator asked for at the show gets to them before your competitor’s does.

3 days, then gone

Links expire on their own and the files delete themselves — your material doesn’t sit on a server for years.

🚫

No recipient account

Your buyer clicks and downloads. They don’t sign up, install anything, or see an advert.

🔒

Password if you want one

Add a password to any link for rates or unreleased material, and share it with your buyer separately.

📇

It files itself

Say who the files are for, and when they download it lands on that contact’s timeline — no note to write.

🔐

Revoke any time

Sent it to the wrong address? Kill the link from your dashboard and it stops working immediately.

FAQ

Relay questions

What is RepBud Relay?+

Relay sends big files as a simple link, from inside the RepBud dashboard. You drop in brochures, image libraries or video, Relay uploads them and gives you one link, and your recipient downloads the files in their browser with no account and nothing to install. The link works for 3 days and then the files delete themselves. It is included with paid RepBud plans.

How big can the files be?+

Each file can be up to 5 GB. How much one transfer can hold depends on your plan: 5 GB on Premium Economy, 10 GB on Business Class, and 25 GB on First Class and Charter. That covers a destination image library or a set of property videos comfortably.

How long does a Relay link last?+

Three days, on any plan. After that the link stops working and the files are deleted from storage — they do not sit on a server indefinitely. If your recipient misses the window, sending again takes a minute. You can also revoke a link yourself before the 3 days are up.

Does the person receiving the files need a RepBud account?+

No. They open the link in any browser, see what you sent and a message from you if you added one, and download the files. There is no sign-up, no app to install and no advertising on the download page.

How is this different from WeTransfer or a Dropbox link?+

Mechanically it works the way you would expect — files in, link out, link expires. The difference is where it lives: Relay is inside the CRM you already use for those same buyers, so sending an image pack after a meeting happens in the same place you logged the meeting. There is no separate account to pay for, and your recipient is not shown adverts or upsells around your material.

How many links can I have live at once?+

It depends on your plan: 10 live links on Premium Economy, 25 on Business Class, and 100 on First Class and Charter. Because links expire after 3 days, the limit is rarely something you notice — and you can revoke a link early to make room.

Is my material secure?+

Links use a long random token that is not practical to guess, download pages are kept out of search engines, and files are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2. You can also put a password on a link, which is worth doing for rates or unreleased material — the recipient enters it once, and repeated wrong guesses lock the link for a while. Without a password, anyone holding the link can download within its 3 days, so treat it like the attachment it replaces. Revoking a link cuts off access straight away.

Can I put a password on a link?+

Yes, on any transfer. Tick it in the composer, choose a password of at least four characters, and share it with your buyer the way you would a meeting code — separately from the link itself. RepBud never puts the password in the link, and the download page shows nothing at all, not even the filenames, until it has been entered.

Will I know when they download it?+

Yes, in three places. We email you the first time a transfer is opened, every link shows its download count and when it was first opened, and — if you tell Relay which contact the files are for — the download files itself onto that person’s timeline in the CRM. So the next time you look at them, the fact that they opened your brochure on Tuesday is simply there.

Which plans include Relay?+

Relay is included with paid RepBud plans — Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class and Charter — as part of the tier, not a separate subscription. The plans differ on transfer size and how many links can be live at once.
