Who's Nearby is a location-aware networking feature. Switch on your visibility to share the city you are in — at a trade show, on a sales trip, or anywhere else you are working — see which other RepBud members are there too, send connection requests and broadcast smoke signals.

No. Nothing is shared until you switch your visibility on, and you choose who can see you — everyone, specific groups only, or invisible. Your exact coordinates stay private: RepBud takes one location fix to work out your nearest city, and the city is the only part another member ever sees.

Smoke signals are broadcast messages sent to everyone visible in the same city as you. They are perfect for impromptu meetups — dinner invitations, drinks, or just finding a familiar face in a city you are working alone in.

Yes. Tap any nearby member to send a connection request with a personal message. Once connected, you stay in each other's network wherever you both are next.

No. It reads the city you are in rather than an event from a list, so it works just as well on a sales trip or a week of client visits as it does at WTM London, ITB Berlin, Indaba or ILTM. Wherever you switch your visibility on, you appear to other members in that city.

Yes. Who's Nearby is available on all RepBud plans and to RepBuddy (free) accounts — so the whole trade can find each other on the road.
