Who counts as a buyer?
Anyone with a RepBud account can attend as a buyer — travel advisors, tour operators and others who sell travel. You meet the exhibitors in their cabins.
Does it cost anything to attend?
No. Buyers attend free with any RepBud account, and creating an account is free.
When is it, and how long is each meeting?
Tuesday 15 December 2026, 09:30 to 14:00 GMT. Each meeting is 12 minutes, with a 3-minute break after it. There are 18 rounds, so you can meet up to 18 exhibitors.
How do I choose who to meet?
Fill in your show profile — destinations, client types, source markets and languages, each picked from a list — then request meetings round by round. "Fill my diary" suggests matches to help you, and you can keep or change them. Each exhibitor accepts or declines the requests they receive.
Can my colleagues join the meeting?
Yes. Colleagues can join a booking from different locations, so you do not need to be in the same office to take a meeting together.
What do I need on the day?
A web browser, a camera and a microphone. There is nothing to install.
What can I do between meetings?
Each meeting is followed by a short break. You can step into the bar and lounge to meet other people at the show, or ask Ray, the intelligent concierge at reception.
Where do I find Rendezvous once I have signed in?
In your RepBud dashboard, under Rendezvous. Your show profile, your meeting requests and your diary for the day are there.
