File uploads are capped at five files a question with a per-plan size limit. If you need a form to take payments or do something unusual, Jotform is far more flexible and the better tool for it.

Where do the answers go?+
Each response is matched to your contacts by email, so an answer from a buyer you already know attaches to the person you already have. Someone new is flagged and can be added to Contacts in one click. Results also sit in the dashboard as charts and quotes, and export to CSV and Excel.
Can a form take a payment or a file upload?+
File uploads yes, payments no. A file question takes up to five files from each respondent, held in private storage only you can reach. There are no payment fields, so if a form needs to take a deposit, a general-purpose builder like Jotform will serve you better and we would rather say so up front.
Can I use a form on a trade-show stand?+
Yes — that is one of the jobs it was built for. Share one link or download a QR code for the stand, and respondents answer one question at a time on their own phone with no account and no app. Links can carry a name and email so the form arrives pre-filled when you send it to someone specific.
Will the form look like mine?+
Yes. The respondent page carries your name, company and colours, reusing the brand you saved for Reach — so a buyer sees your form rather than a form-builder's. A live phone preview shows exactly what they will see while you are still building it.
How many forms and responses do I get?+
Each tier includes an allowance of live forms and monthly responses, and the trial carries a small allowance so you can try it properly. The allowances are on the pricing page rather than buried in the small print.
