There is no persistent team chat, no telephone dial-in — joining is in the browser — and attendee limits are 50 on Business Class and 150 on First Class and Charter, with hourly allowances rather than open-ended use. If you need very large webinars, phone dial-in, or one platform for all internal meetings, Zoom is the more capable choice and we would say so.

Do my guests need an account or an app?+
No. Guests join from a link in the browser with nothing to install and no account to create. They give a name and email at the door, so you know who actually attended — which matters when the attendee list becomes CRM records afterwards.
What happens to the meeting afterwards?+
The session is recorded and transcribed, and an intelligent recap is drafted — who attended, what they asked for, the next step. It is delivered to The Lantern, RepBud's review queue, which matches it to the right contact and company. You approve it before anything is filed, so the record is yours rather than the machine's.
How many people can join?+
Business Class rooms take up to 50 attendees, and First Class and Charter up to 150, with allowances of 100 and 500 meeting hours respectively. If you are running events larger than that, a dedicated webinar platform is the better fit.
Can guests follow along in another language?+
Yes. Reconnect offers live captions, translated chat and Q&A, and spoken translation across ten languages — English, Mandarin, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Hindi and Swahili. It helps a mixed-market roadshow follow along; it is assistive translation rather than a substitute for a professional interpreter on a high-stakes negotiation.
Can I run a proper webinar, not just a meeting?+
Yes. Webinars get registration pages with a capacity limit, a green room until you go live, polls and Q&A during the session, and a follow-up email afterwards. Registrations become contacts in the CRM, so a webinar audience is not stranded in a separate tool.
