RepBud Ready is a directory of travel businesses — lodges, hotels, camps, DMCs, inbound operators, tour operators, activity providers, experience businesses, tourism boards — that are actively looking to appoint a trade representative in one or more source markets. Listing on Ready signals to reps that you are open, evaluated, and ready to have the conversation.

That includes accommodation (lodges, hotels, camps, boutique properties), Destination Management Companies and inbound operators, activity providers (experiences, day tours, attractions, adventure operators), tour operators and tourism boards. If your business sells through the travel trade and you would benefit from an in-market sales presence, RepBud Ready is for you.

Yes — the Economy plan is included with your listing, free and without an expiry date. It gives you up to 1,000 contacts and companies, 5 represented businesses, a monthly allowance of typed logs and 1 shareable form, so the reps you speak to and what was agreed are kept somewhere better than an inbox. Your contacts and logged history download as spreadsheets whenever you like. It also carries a small Relay allowance for sending files. The intelligent features and the Reach and Reconnect products sit in the paid plans.

No. Listing on RepBud Ready is free. There is no listing fee, no trial period, and no obligation. Once you appoint a rep, you and the rep agree commercial terms directly — RepBud takes nothing from that arrangement. The platform exists to make matchmaking happen, not to sit in the middle of your commercial relationships.

Your listing is matched with reps in RepBud’s network whose source markets overlap yours and whose destinations, where they list any, include your country, and whose minimum fee your budget for that market meets. Reps on all plans are matched, including the free Economy plan. Your budget is used for matching and is not shown on your listing.

When you list, RepBud matches you with reps whose markets and budget fit. A matched rep sees your listing and says yes or passes. When a rep says yes, you see who they are — name, company and the markets they cover — and you say yes or pass. When you both say yes you are connected, and you can message each other in the RepBud app. Matching carries no fee and RepBud takes no cut.

You talk to the rep directly, check the fit — the markets they work, the properties they already carry, what they would report to you each month — and agree terms between you. RepBud is not in the commercial conversation: the retainer, the commission structure and the partnership belong to you and the rep. You can list specifically for the markets where you need representation. Many travel businesses have strong representation in one market (for example, the UK) but are unrepresented in others (the US, Europe, Asia, Australia). Specify exactly which markets are open and reps will only approach you about those.

It depends on your destination, your kind of business, the markets you want and your budget, and on which reps in RepBud’s network cover them. RepBud cannot guarantee representation. What it does is put your listing in front of reps whose markets fit yours, and connect you when both sides say yes.
