Questions
Who can use the Bud Board?+
Members of the RepBud network: Reps, Travel PRs, DMCs and Ground Handlers, event organisers, airlines, associations, tourist boards, industry services, recruiters, RepBuddies, Reporters and RepBud Ready accounts. A RepBud Ready account shares the Bud Board with Reps and Travel PRs: it sees their posts and they see its posts, and in the app it opens the board from the Bud Board row on its home screen. Business accounts are not part of the Bud Board. It is for signed-in members; it is not a public page.
Why can't others see my post yet?+
Posts and comments are checked before anyone else sees them, usually within moments. Until then only you can see yours. Under review means RepBud is taking a closer look, and it stays visible to you meanwhile.
Can I post only to my connections?+
Yes. Set Who can see this to Connections only when you write the post. You can also limit or turn off comments.
Is there a limit on posting?+
Up to 10 posts in 24 hours, with up to two links in a post. Until your email address is confirmed you can post three times in 24 hours, without links or photos.
How long do posts stay on the board?+
Posts stay on the board for 90 days. Your own posts stay in your history, and anything you saved stays in Saved.
What do Keep and Remove do?+
Keep saves the post to Saved so you can find it again. Remove takes it off your own board without telling anyone, and Undo brings it back.
Can I change a post after posting it?+
You can change the words, the topic, the link, who sees it and who can comment. Photos and a poll stay as posted; to change those, delete the post and write it again.
Is the order of posts chosen for me?+
No. The board shows the latest first. You can switch to Most discussed this week, search the board, or filter by view and topic.
Will my phone notify me about the Bud Board?+
No. The Bud Board tile carries no count and sends no phone notification or email. Open the board to see what is new, and Mentions for posts and comments that name you.
