Role-specific

Client viewer dashboard

If your brand is represented by a RepBud rep, this is your read-only window into the work they've been doing for you — activity, reports, invoices and how your properties are selling.

10 steps, in order

Every part of the screen, written out beside you — and the same guide as a PDF to keep.

Questions

Can I edit or add anything from the client viewer dashboard?+

No. It's read-only by design — a window into your rep's activity. You see the figures, reports, invoices and property numbers your rep has shared, and nothing here changes their records. Paying an invoice and editing your own profile are the only things you do rather than read.

How far back does the activity go?+

Your year in the trade covers the last twelve months, week by week. Where meetings and trips show on their own, meetings cover the last 90 days and trips are the ones planned.

Can I read my rep's notes?+

No. Your rep's notes stay private to them. The dashboard counts the work instead — the channel chart shows the share by Email, Meetings, WhatsApp and Other work.

Why can't I see a panel my colleague can?+

Your rep decides which panels a dashboard shows, and while an invoice is overdue the dashboard is held back until it's settled. Ask them if something you expected isn't there.

I see "No dashboard access" — what now?+

It means you haven't been invited to a dashboard yet. Your rep sends the invitation from your profile in their own account — ask them, and it'll appear here once you accept.
