Questions
What does the colour on the last-log badge mean?+
It's a recency cue — green for logged in the last couple of weeks, gold for a month or two back, amber when it's been a while, and grey for "Never logged" so you can see who's gone quiet.
Where does the company logo come from?+
It's fetched from the website on record. Add a website and the logo (and the intelligence scan) light up; with no website, you'll see the initials.
What does the batch intelligence scan actually pull?+
It reads each company's website and surfaces their destination portfolio — the countries, destinations and properties they sell — so you walk into a meeting already briefed. It's there to assist your prep, not replace your own checks.
Why is the Scan button greyed out?+
Scanning spends scans from a pack. If your balance is zero you'll see "Buy 250 Scan Pack" instead — top up, then your selection becomes scannable.
