What's the difference between a Live Connection and a One-time Import?+
A Live Connection (like Wetu, TourPlan or ResRequest) keeps your booking data syncing into RepBud. A One-time Import (like HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce) brings your contacts, companies and deals across once — then you can disconnect and RepBud is your home base.
Is my API key safe?+
Yes. It's encrypted with AES-256-GCM in a secure edge function before it reaches the database, and the key sits in a separate vault. Nobody at RepBud can read it — decryption happens only at the moment of sync, then it's discarded.
What comes across from Wetu?+
Your properties and content map to Properties, suppliers map to Companies, and itineraries map to Bookings. Each provider's panel shows its own "What comes across" map before you connect.
My system isn't listed — what now?+
You can still import a spreadsheet export from almost any system on the Import Data page. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement on what to bring across.
