Page Viewers — read-only colleague access
Want a colleague at your company to see your field notes and reports without being able to change anything? Here's how to give them read-only access in about a minute.
7 steps, in order
Every part of the screen, written out beside you — and the same guide as a PDF to keep.
Questions
How do I add someone as a viewer?+
They first sign up to RepBud as a RepBuddy using an email on your company domain. Once they have, they appear under "RepBuddies at @yourdomain" on the Your Viewers screen, and you tap Assign as viewer.
Why can't I see my colleague in the list?+
The list only shows RepBuddies on your own email domain who aren't viewers yet. If they haven't signed up, or use a different domain, ask them to join first — then refresh the page. On a Gmail or Outlook address there's no company domain to match, so nobody will ever appear; you'd need a work address for this to work.
What can a viewer actually see?+
A read-only panel on their own RepBuddy home showing your recent field notes, your open tasks and your finished client reports. They can't log interactions, manage contacts, run scans or reach the rest of RepBud, and they don't get your dashboard.
Is this how I give a client access?+
No. This is for colleagues at your own company. A client or property owner is invited from their own profile under My Clients, using Share dashboard — that gives them the client dashboard, not your working screens.
How do I revoke access?+
Find the person under Assigned viewers and tap Remove. Access is withdrawn right away, and they move back to the discovery list in case you want to re-assign them later.
RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
