Free prize wheel, optional event enhancements
Current browser features, live QR entry, saved draws, syncing and exports stay free. Wheel Pro adds the integrated app and dashboard wheel workspace, branded guest entry pages, reusable templates, optional questions and reports. Premium Economy and above include Wheel Pro. An Event Pass covers event enhancements, not the integrated workspace.
Questions
Do entrants need an app?+
No. They scan the QR code and land on the wheel in their browser, with no account.
Is it free?+
Free Economy includes manual and live QR draws, up to 500 entrants per draw, weighted entries, themes and sound, browser-local logos and backgrounds, saved draws, a timestamped winner log and CSV exports. You can save contact details shared with explicit consent to your own RepBud contacts. No card, ads or watermark. Organisers must download and sign in to the iOS or Android app once; guests do not.
Why do I need to sign in to the app once?+
The person running the draw unlocks the wheel with a free organiser account, activated by a first sign-in to the RepBud app. After that, run it on your laptop, phone or a big screen.
Can some entries have better odds?+
Yes, entries can be weighted.
What happens to the names afterwards?+
Manual and live draws save to your account until you delete them, and can be reopened from Your saved draws on another device. From a live draw, the entrant list and any consented emails download as a CSV, and the entrants who shared an email save to your RepBud contacts. Live QR entry closes after 7 days and you can reopen it.
Which role should I choose to use the Prize Wheel?+
New here? Select the Prize Wheel role at signup. Your account starts on free Economy, with no card required. Download the RepBud app and sign in once with the same account to activate your wheel. Then run draws on your laptop, phone or big screen. Guests enter by QR code without an account or app.
Do my current Prize Wheel features stay free?+
Yes. Current features stay free for existing and new members: live QR entry, saved draws, current wheel colours and local logos, winner logs, and existing CSV exports. Only new event enhancements require paid access.
What does Wheel Pro add?+
Wheel Pro adds the integrated app and signed-in dashboard wheel workspace, plus branded guest entry pages, reusable templates, optional custom questions and event reports. Premium Economy and above include Wheel Pro while subscribed. Browser-local images remain on their original device.
Which RepBud plans include Wheel Pro?+
Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class and Charter include Wheel Pro while the qualifying subscription is serviceable, for Business, Other and travel roles. Economy members can purchase Wheel Pro or an Event Pass separately.
How does an Event Pass work?+
A paid Event Pass is an unused credit until you activate it for an owned live event. Activation consumes one credit and enables that event’s enhancements for seven days. The free live QR entry period remains free.
What happens if I cancel or paid access expires?+
Subscription cancellation retains access through the paid period. After expiry, branded guest entry pages and new question collection stop. Free draws, current exports and the organiser’s captured answers remain available. A refund revokes the refunded enhanced access.
Which currencies can I use?+
Web checkout offers GBP, USD, EUR and ZAR. Prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT or other tax is calculated at checkout using billing details; Stripe shows the total before payment. Businesses can provide their tax ID at checkout.
