Why can't I see who a rep is before responding?+
Pending reps stay anonymous — you see their markets and verification, not their name. Identities reveal only when interest is mutual, which keeps early interest low-pressure on both sides.
What does "Mutual Rapport ✦" mean?+
It means the rep expressed interest in representing you and you expressed interest back. At that point their full profile — name, company, job title and markets — unlocks so you can make the introduction.
What's the "RepBud Real" badge?+
It marks a rep whose identity RepBud has verified, so you can weigh how much is confirmed when you review their interest.
I have no Rapport yet — is something wrong?+
No. Most matches arrive within the first week of going Live, and a polished listing with a strong description and clear target markets reaches noticeably more reps.
