Does my guest need an account or an app?+
No. They open the link and join from their browser — no account, no download.
Which plans include Reconnect?+
Business Class and above, including the 14-day card trial of those cabins — Premium Economy does not carry it. The meters show the Meetings, Webinars and Intelligent notes allowances your plan carries, which are three separate allowances.
Can I run a webinar rather than a meeting?+
Yes. Webinars add a registration page, Q&A, polls and breakout rooms, which is the shape a training session or a product update needs.
Does the meeting reach my CRM records?+
Not on its own. The recap is emailed to your RepBud log address and lands in To Review — The Lantern — matched to a likely contact. It files onto the record when you approve it, and until then nothing is written, so read it before you act on it.
Can partners book a time themselves?+
Yes, through your Meeting Bookings page, which shares your availability and sends the calendar invite and reminders. That is a separate screen — see the Meeting Bookings guide.
