Questions

Will the member know I reported them?+

No. Reports are private: the member is not told who reported them.

What happens after I report something?+

The item is hidden from you straight away (a profile or an event stays visible), and RepBud reviews the report. You get an in-app notice once it has been reviewed.

What is the difference between blocking and muting?+

Blocking hides you from each other on RepBud — search, the map, connections and messages — for 7 days, 30 days or until you lift it, and they are not told. Muting is narrower: it stops one member's questions or group invitations, or quietens one group chat for 8 hours, 1 week or always.

Can I report something more than once?+

Each item takes one report from you. If you've already reported it, the sheet says so.

What does RepBud see when I report a message?+

That one message, with any photo or file on it, and nothing else from the conversation.

What can I report?+

Profiles, direct messages, group chats and their messages, Reporter Briefs and replies, Ask the reps questions and answers, RepBud Ready listings, client pages, events and photos.
