Client reports

Client reports turn the meetings and notes you've logged into a polished, narrative PDF for each client — one at a time, or for several at once.

Every part of the screen, written out beside you — and the same guide as a PDF to keep.

Questions

Where does the report narrative come from?+

From the interactions, meetings, tasks and notes you've logged against that client within the chosen date range. Your RepBud writes them up into a readable narrative — it's designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement, so always review before you send.

How do I report on several clients at once?+

Use Bulk Generate — pick the date range once, tick the clients you want, and RepBud queues a separate report for each.

Can I choose which sections appear?+

Yes. Customise Template lets you toggle sections on or off — the "Your client reads / Left out" ledger shows where each one sits — and you can save a per-client template that overrides your default. Section order is set on the report itself, which you can change while editing a draft.

What file do I upload for social stats?+

A CSV export from your social platform's analytics — the picker will take a spreadsheet file, but only comma-separated text is read, so export as CSV. Tag at least one client (the upload is refused without it) and keep the upload's period inside the report period you'll be generating.

How does the report reach my client?+

Send to client → on the draft emails the PDF from RepBud with your address on the reply. You can also copy a share link, which opens the report in a browser with no account needed, or publish it to a client who has been given dashboard access. Word and PDF downloads are there for anything you'd rather send yourself.

Can a report carry a logo?+

Yes. On Premium Economy and above, your logo, colours and heading font come from your brand kit, and a client can carry their own logo and colours on their reports. The client's logo sits on the cover; yours sits on the cover and at sign-off. Where there's no logo, the cover falls back to initials.

Which plans include reports?+

The trial and the paid plans: 3 a month on a trial, 10 on Premium Economy, 15 on Business Class and 50 on First Class. Economy doesn't include these, and a report that fails or is stopped still counts. The trade activity report is outside this allowance.

What is the trade activity report?+

One report for all your clients, made with All clients: trade activity on the website Reports page or the app's Reports screen. It lists the trade companies and people you were in touch with in the period, and names no client, so the same report can go to all of them. It is built from your own records, uses none of your monthly allowance and is on all plans, Economy included.
