Which plans include these?+
Business Class and above, both of them. The pre-meeting scan comes with site scans each month — 10 on Business Class and 25 on First Class — and the company screen shows how many you have left.
Where does the email come from?+
From Hunter.io, a professional address-lookup service, worked out from the company's own web domain. Not from other members' address books — nobody's contacts are shared.
What if the company has no website on record?+
Neither of these can run. Both start from the domain, so add the website in Companies first and then come back.
Is the address guaranteed correct?+
No. It arrives with a confidence score and waits for you to save or dismiss it, so nothing lands on the record unchecked. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
What does the pre-meeting scan read?+
The company's own website — what they publish about the destinations and properties they sell — read and summarised for you.
How often should I scan?+
Before a meeting is the point. It is a read of what is there now, compared with what you already had.
What happens when my site scans run out?+
They refresh at the start of each month. A higher cabin includes more, and a scan pack, bought from Companies on the website, covers heavier use; pack scans are only spent once the month's allowance is used.
