When does the reminder arrive?+
At 8am on the day a task is due, headed "Due today".
Do I get one for each task?+
One per dated task, on its own due day. Tasks with no due date get none — there is no day to remind you about.
I have a lot of dated tasks. Do I get a reminder for all of them?+
For the thirty-two soonest. The phone caps how many reminders an app may hold, and RepBud stays well under that cap, and it is well past a normal week's work.
Will it chase something already overdue?+
No. A reminder is set for 8am on the due day, and an 8am that has passed cannot be sent. Overdue work is The Trail's job — it sits in the top band until you clear it.
Where does tapping it take me?+
To The Trail, with the task in the Due today band and its contact beside it.
What if I do not set a due date?+
The task still sits on The Trail — it simply has no day for RepBud to remind you about.
Can I turn them off?+
Yes, in your device's notification settings for RepBud.
Which plans include reminders?+
All of them, the free Economy tier included. Task reminders are not a paid feature.
I dated a task on the website. When is its reminder set?+
Reminders come from the RepBud app on your phone, so after dating a task on the website, open the app once and it sets the reminder.
Where do the tasks come from?+
From what you log — a commitment picked out of a forwarded email or a field note becomes a task for you to approve, as well as ones you add yourself.
