What is The Ridge?+
It's your RepBud home dashboard at /dashboard — a single overview of your contacts, clients, tasks and activity, with a Today's Move prompt for the next thing worth doing.
How does Today's Move decide what to show?+
It works down a list and shows the first thing that applies. On a brand-new account that is “bring your contacts across”, then “log your first meeting”. After that: items waiting in the Lantern, your most overdue task, a client overdue a report, a contact you have not spoken to in three weeks, then a trade show inside the next fortnight. When none of those apply it tells you you're on top of things.
Why do my numbers change when I click a client or lookback pill?+
Those filters scope the whole page. Pick a client to see just that account, and a lookback window (30d, 90d, 180d or 1y) to set how far back the charts and counts reach.
What does "Relationship health" mean?+
RepBud groups each contact by how recently you've been in touch — First contact, Active, Check in, Due a call, Gone quiet, Reach out and Dormant — so you can spot who's cooling before they go cold. Bands with nobody in them are hidden.
