Kili Villa & Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge bring together two complementary experiences of northern Tanzania: refined comfort near Arusha, and wilderness living in the highlands above the Ngorongoro forest, grounded in local culture and community.

Nestled within a spectacular wildlife and golf estate just 40 minutes from Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport, Kili Villa is the discerning traveller's ideal start and end to any Tanzanian safari. With a private airstrip on-site, arriving and departing couldn't be more seamless. Guests choose from exclusively private, fully staffed villas for couples, families and groups, or individually bookable luxury rooms within Kili Lodge, with the estate explored on horseback, by canoe on Lake Duluti, or on a ranger-guided walk in nearby Arusha National Park. Kili Villa now has six villas. New for 2026 are Villa Chui, which opened in July with three double bedrooms, and the four-bedroom Villa Kudu; they join Villa Simba, Villa Tembo Mtoni, Villa Agame Pacha and the Golf Safari House.

Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge sits on the hills near Karatu, overlooking green valleys and the Ngorongoro forest. Guests stay in Comfort Tents, Suite Luxury Tents or the new Luxury Cabin Suites with open-air soaking tubs, in a relaxed setting built around sustainability and community development: part of the lodge's revenue supports the neighbouring Rhotia Valley Children's Home and local schools, so each stay gives something back.
