A random letter wheel from A to Z
Spin the wheel to pick a letter from A to Z at random. It suits word games where players name something in each category starting with that letter, as well as phonics and spelling practice. Remove a letter after a round so it does not come up again.

Tips
- For a categories game, remove hard letters such as Q, X and Z, or give them a weight of 1 while the others have 3.
- Remove each letter after its round so the game moves through the alphabet without repeats.
- In a phonics lesson, keep only the sounds the class is learning this week on the wheel.
- Pair it with the random number wheel for a two-part challenge, such as five words starting with the letter.
Questions
Can I take out letters that are too hard?
Yes. Delete any letter, or give it a lower weight from 1 to 20 so it comes up less often.
Can I stop the same letter coming up twice?
Yes. After each spin, remove that letter and spin again. The winner log records each letter in order.
Can I show it on a big screen?
Yes. Event mode fills the screen and keeps it awake. The wheel runs in any web browser with an internet connection.
