You can save contact details shared with explicit consent to your own RepBud contacts. No card, ads or watermark. Organisers need a free account and guests do not. The RepBud app on iPhone or Android is an optional extra, with a Wheel remote and your saved draws.

Yes. Manual and live draws, names, winners and theme settings save to your organiser account until you delete them. Open My Draws or Results & Reports in the app, or Your saved draws on the website. Free logos and background images stay in their original browser; cloud branding is a paid enhancement. Live QR entry closes after seven days and can be reopened.

No. Guests scan the draw’s QR code and enter in their phone browser without a RepBud account or app. Company and email are optional, and contact capture requires explicit consent. Only the organiser needs a free RepBud account.

Yes. The wheel, live QR entry, themes, sound, saved draws and the winner log are free. Running a wheel needs a free RepBud account; there is no card, no advert and no watermark. Guests need no account or app. RepBud makes it as a useful tool for the travel trade; if you find it handy, have a look at what RepBud can help you with.

Click "Go live" and the wheel shows a QR code with a short session code. Anyone in the room scans it, types their name (company and email are optional), and their name appears on the wheel within a second or two. You can close entries at any point and spin.

Yes — that is what it is designed for. Put the wheel on your stand screen in event mode, show the QR code, and visitors join from their own phones while you run draws through the day. Live QR entry is free, and so is consented contact capture.

Entrants can add their email when they join, behind a consent checkbox that states the organiser receives their details. In your RepBud account you can see consented emails, download them as CSV or save them to your RepBud contacts for follow-up.

Entrants choose whether to share an email, with a clear consent note that the organiser receives it. Entries stay in the organiser’s account until the organiser deletes the draw. Live QR entry closes after 7 days and the organiser can reopen it. As the organiser, you are responsible for entrant data you export.

Winners are picked with the browser’s cryptographically secure random source. Equal weights mean an equal chance; if you set weights (1–20), each entry’s chance is proportional to its weight and its wedge is sized to match, so the wheel shows what the odds are.

Yes — after each draw you can remove the winner and spin again for the next round, or draw a runner-up. The winner log records each result with its round, type and timestamp, and exports to CSV.

Pick from four themes, set your own brand colours, drop your logo into the wheel hub and add a background image. Logos and backgrounds are saved in your browser only — they are not uploaded.

Three ways: type them, paste a list (one per line, optionally "Name, Company"), or upload a CSV file. The file is read in your browser and the names are saved with your draw to your RepBud account.

Yes. Organisers need a connection to verify account access before spinning, including manual-list draws. Live QR entry also needs a connection for your screen and entrants’ phones.

Yes — event mode goes fullscreen with a large QR code and keeps the screen awake. Sound is synthesized in the browser, so the ticks and fanfare work without any audio files to load.

Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class and Charter include Wheel Pro while the qualifying subscription is serviceable, for Business, Other and travel roles. Economy members can purchase Wheel Pro separately.

Subscription cancellation retains access through the paid period. After expiry, branded guest entry pages and new question collection stop. Free draws, current exports and the organiser’s captured answers remain available. A refund revokes the refunded enhanced access.

Web checkout offers GBP, USD, EUR, ZAR and BRL. Prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT or other tax is calculated at checkout using billing details; Stripe shows the total before payment. Businesses can provide their tax ID at checkout.

Names go onto one shared wheel, typed or pasted in by you or added by guests who scan the QR code and join on their phone. You spin to draw a winner from the people on the wheel, and winners and runners-up are recorded in the winner log.
