Who can join a booking incentive?+
Only your connected RepBuddies. You choose whether all your connected buddies can see it or just a selected few, and a cap limits how many can earn the reward.
How does a buddy earn the reward?+
They opt in and log their bookings for the covered property. You approve each logged booking; once their approved nights reach the target, the buddy is marked as earned and you can mark the reward as sent.
Can I pause or stop a campaign?+
Yes. You can publish, pause, resume or end an incentive from the detail page — ending it keeps the history rather than removing it.
Why can't I create an incentive?+
Booking incentives are a First Class and Charter feature, and the subscription has to be in good standing. On any other plan the screen is a single "A First Class feature" card with an upgrade button — you don't see the create button or a list of incentives, so if you move off First Class the ones you've run go out of view until you're back.
