Who can join a booking incentive?+
Only your connected RepBuddies. You choose whether every connected buddy can see it or just a selected few, and a cap limits how many can earn the reward.
How does a buddy earn the reward?+
They opt in and log their bookings for the covered property. You approve each logged booking; once their approved nights reach the target, the buddy is marked as earned and you can mark the reward as sent.
Can I pause or stop a campaign?+
Yes. You can publish, pause, resume or end an incentive from the detail page — ending it keeps the history rather than removing it.
Why can't I create an incentive?+
Creating booking incentives is a First Class and Charter plan feature. On a trial you'll see an upgrade card instead of the create button. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
