Questions
Where do the booking stats come from?+
From your connected operators (RepBuddies). They either upload room nights for properties you represent, or send them in response to a request you raise from the Request stats tab.
What's the difference between room nights and bed nights?+
Room nights count nights a room was booked; bed nights count nights per guest. The tiles and breakdown lead on room nights and show bed nights alongside where an operator has provided them.
Can I ask about competitor properties too?+
Yes — the Request stats tab has an optional Competitor properties field to ask whether an operator is willing to share those numbers. It's their call whether to provide them.
What happens after I send a request?+
The operator gets a push and in-app request with your property list pre-loaded. Until they reply it shows under "Awaiting response", and the numbers land in My stats once submitted.
