Questions
Where do the booking stats come from?+
Mostly from your connected operators (RepBuddies) — they either upload room nights for properties you represent, or send them in response to a request you raise from the Request stats tab. Figures you bring in yourself through an import sit in the same view.
What's the difference between room nights and bed nights?+
Room nights count nights a room was booked; bed nights count nights per guest. The tiles and the breakdown are built on room nights; a bed-nights figure appears beside a property only where the operator sent one, and most don't, so expect room nights to be the number you work from.
Can I ask about competitor properties too?+
Yes — the Request stats tab has an optional Competitor properties field to ask whether an operator is willing to share those numbers. It's their call whether to provide them.
What happens after I send a request?+
RepBud emails the operator and puts the request on their dashboard with your property list pre-loaded — and sends a phone notification too if they use the app. Until they reply it shows under "Awaiting response", and the numbers land in My stats once submitted.
