Questions
Which plan includes Radar?+
First Class. On any other plan the Market Intelligence panel on your Dashboard shows an upgrade card instead of the two buttons, so the view cannot be reached at all.
I cannot find Radar in the sidebar.+
It is not there. Both Market Intelligence views — Trade-Movement Radar and Share of Shelf & Whitespace — are reached from the Market Intelligence panel on your Dashboard.
Where does Radar get its information?+
From the operator-to-property links held in your own data, and from a weekly snapshot of how many sellers each property has. It is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
What does "movement since last snapshot" mean?+
The difference between the two most recent weekly snapshots — the properties that gained sellers and the ones that lost them. It is not the whole picture again, only what moved.
It says "Baseline captured". Why is there no movement?+
A diff needs two snapshots and a new account has one. The first change report lands after the following week's snapshot.
Why is a band empty?+
Because nothing changed in the window you picked. An empty band is a real answer, not a missing one.
