Questions

Which plans include Reach?+

Premium Economy and above. The free Economy tier does not include it, and nor does the free trial plan — Reach sends from shared infrastructure, and that line is drawn to protect everybody's deliverability. A complimentary First Class stay from The Pride includes it, with a lighter allowance. The 14-day card trial of a paid cabin does include it, with that cabin's allowance. Your plan then sets how many campaigns a month and how many people each one reaches.

Where does Reach get its list from?+

From your own contacts in RepBud. There is no bought list and no shared pool — you send to people you have met and recorded.

How does it handle consent?+

The Consent Centre reads the recipient's country and applies that country's rules — POPIA, PECR, the German opt-in rule and the rest of the 107 countries and territories it covers — and records the lawful basis against each contact. Two things are worth knowing: a contact with no recorded basis cannot be emailed, and an unknown country is treated as strictly as an opt-in one rather than assumed.

Can I show net rates to operators but not to agents?+

Yes. Rates attach to a campaign with a visibility rule, and the rule is enforced in the database at the moment the sheet is read — so forwarding the link does not defeat it. A contact with no recorded buyer type is shown public material only.

Does a campaign update my contact records?+

Opens do, and so does a reply, which is logged against the contact as an interaction. Clicks stay on the campaign report.

Can I import the badges I scanned at a show?+

Yes, by pasting the export in. The import will not run until you say what the lawful basis is, because a badge scan on its own is not consent — and the basis is then recorded against each contact it creates.

Does Reach run the trade-show sequence for me?+

No. It sets out the phases and counts who is in each state, and you write and send each campaign. Nothing goes out unless you send it.
