Questions
How big a transfer can I send?+
Two limits apply. Any single file can be up to 5 GB, on any plan. The total in one transfer is set by your plan — 1 GB on Economy and on a trial, 5 GB on Premium Economy, 10 GB on Business Class, 25 GB on First Class and Charter — and on the smaller plans that total is the one you meet first. Up to a hundred files per link.
Does the person receiving it need a RepBud account?+
No. They open the link and download — no account, no sign-in, nothing to install.
How long does a link last?+
One day or three, chosen when you send it. Three is the maximum, because the files themselves are deleted on a four-day cycle. After that the link stops working, so an old rate sheet cannot keep circulating.
How many links can I have live at once?+
Your plan decides: 2 on Economy and on a trial, 10 on Premium Economy, 25 on Business Class, 100 on First Class and Charter. Revoking one or letting it expire frees the slot.
Can I stop a link after I have sent it?+
Yes. Revoking it takes effect immediately — anyone holding the link loses access.
Does a transfer show up against the contact?+
Yes, when you attach one. The first download files onto their timeline and emails you to say so; later downloads are counted but not filed again, so the history stays readable.
Which plans include Relay?+
All of them, including the free Economy tier. What changes with the plan is the size of a transfer and how many links can be live at once.
