A trade show prize draw visitors enter by QR code
Open a live draw, put the QR code on your stand screen, and visitors type their name on their own phone to join the wheel. At the time you announce, spin to draw the winner in front of the crowd. Visitors can add an email behind a consent tick, so the draw also gives you a list you are allowed to follow up.

Tips
- Announce the draw time on the stand and in your show messages: a fixed time brings people back to the stand.
- Print the QR code on a small sign as well as showing it on screen, so people can enter while your screen shows something else.
- Close entries a few minutes before the draw, then spin. Closing first means nobody joins mid-spin.
- Draw a runner-up as well as a winner, in case the winner has left the hall.
- Follow up within a few days while the show is fresh; download the consented emails from your RepBud account after the draw.

Questions
Do visitors need an app or an account to enter?
No. They scan the QR code and enter in their phone browser. Only you, the organiser, need a free RepBud account.
Can I collect emails for follow-up?
Yes. Entrants can add an email behind a consent tick that says you, the organiser, receive their details. You can see, download or save those consented emails to your RepBud contacts. With Wheel Pro you can make email or company required and ask up to five entry questions.
How many people can enter?
Up to 500 entrants per draw. Each name appears on the wheel within a second or two of joining.
Can I run more than one draw during the show?
Yes. Remove the winner and spin again for the next round, or start a new draw for each day. Each draw and its winner log saves to your account.
