Tips
- Match the wheel to the tickets you sold: add or remove numbers so only tickets that exist can win.
- Draw prizes from smallest to largest. The room stays for the top prize, and people remain in the session.
- After each draw, remove the winning ticket and spin again so one ticket cannot win twice.
- Draw a runner-up for each prize, so a winner who has left the room does not hold up the next draw.
- Download the winner log as CSV after the session; it records each draw with its round and time.

Questions
Can attendees enter without a paper ticket?
Yes. Start a live draw and the wheel shows a QR code and a short join code. Attendees scan it and type their name on their phone, with no account or app, and their name appears on the wheel within a second or two.
How many tickets can the wheel hold?
Up to 500 entries per draw. Paste a list of ticket numbers, one per line, or upload a CSV or Excel file.
How do I show the draw is fair?
Each spin is picked with the browser’s cryptographically secure random source, and with equal weights each ticket has the same chance. The winner log records each result with a timestamp.
Do I need to check raffle rules?
Yes. Rules on selling raffle tickets differ between countries and regions, so check what applies where your event takes place. The wheel only handles the draw.
