Tips
- Decide the prize order before the party: draw the smaller prizes first and keep the top prize for last.
- Paste the staff list in before the party, or open a QR draw at the start so only people in the room can win.
- Take each winner off the wheel before the next spin so one person cannot win two prizes.
- Draw a runner-up for each prize, in case a winner has left early.
- If remote colleagues are in the raffle, share your screen on the call so they can watch the spin.

Can remote colleagues enter the raffle?
Yes. Share the QR code or the short join code on the call; they enter from their own phone and their name appears on the wheel. Share your screen so they can watch the draw.
Can I add the whole office at once?
Yes. Paste a list of names, one per line, or upload a CSV or Excel file. The free wheel holds up to 500 entries per draw, or 2,000 with Wheel Pro.
Can I run the draw from my phone while I host?
Yes. Open the wheel on the screen at the venue, then open Wheel remote in the free RepBud app with the same account. Your phone spins the wheel on the screen.
Do I need to check raffle rules?
If tickets are sold, yes: rules on selling raffle tickets differ between countries and regions, so check what applies where you are. The wheel only handles the draw.
