A staff reward wheel for team recognition
A reward wheel turns a thank-you into a small moment the team looks forward to. When someone hits a goal or gets a shout-out, they spin for a reward. The wedges are low-cost rewards, weighted so the small ones come up most.
Try this wheel
Spin it here. Open it as your own wheel to rename wedges, change weights, save it and show it on a big screen.
A free RepBud account runs your own wheel. No card needed; guests join without an account or app.
What is on this wheel
Your wheel opens as “Staff reward wheel” with these 8 wedges. A higher weight means a bigger wedge and a proportionally higher chance; rename, add or remove any of them.

Tips
- Agree what earns a spin before you start, so the wheel rewards something specific rather than feeling random.
- Check bigger rewards, like an early finish, with managers before they go on the wheel.
- Weight the rewards to your budget: cheap, frequent rewards with one or two rarer ones keeps it fun.
- Spin in the team meeting rather than privately; the moment is part of the reward.
Questions
Can I set how often each reward comes up?
Yes. Give each reward a weight from 1 to 20. The wedge sizes on screen show the odds, so the team sees how the wheel picks.
Can I keep a record of who won what?
Yes. The winner log records each result with a timestamp and exports to CSV.
Can I add our logo?
Yes. Use your brand colours and add your logo to the wheel hub. Logos and backgrounds stay in the browser you set them in.
